    San Diego International Airport (SAN): Approximate driving time is 22 minutes and distance is 13.5 miles.

    Driving directions from San Diego International Airport: Take I-5 S, then SR-75 N toward Coronado, and cross the San Diego-Coronado bridge. Turn left onto Orange Av which becomes Silver Strand Blvd. Continue past the US Naval Amphibious Base, turn left onto Coronado Bay Rd, and hotel is on the left.

    Getting there: Guests can use Express Shuttle which drops off at the hotel for one-way fare of $5–15 per person or a taxi for fare of $26–35. Rental cars, Town Cars, and limousines are more than $36. Fees subject to change without notice. Rental cars are available online.

    Getting around: The hotel’s quiet location means that guests need a ride to get around. Complimentary shuttles go into both Coronado and downtown San Diego Tuesday–Saturday. Taxi fare to downtown San Diego is $16–25. The hotel rents bicycles; the most popular is the beach cruiser at $5–15 an hour. City buses run from the hotel to Coronado and the ferry landing but service is infrequent. Ferry service goes daily from Ferry Landing Marketplace to the Broadway Pier in San Diego with one-way fares of less than $5. From downtown, bus, trolley, and Coaster commuter lines are accessible. One-way bus, trolley, and Coaster fares are less than $5. Fees subject to change without notice.

    Azzura Point: Upscale California cuisine, incorporating the freshest ingredients, is served in this award-winning fine dining room with superb views of the San Diego-Coronado Bridge and the city skyline. Herbs are selected from the resort’s 3,800-square-foot, on-site garden. Open for dinner only (closed Monday).

    The Market Cafe: All meals, plus Sunday brunch, are served in this expansive, contemporary café with marina views and both indoor and terrace dining. Specialty coffees and baked goods are available at the attached coffee bar, and the adjacent deli stocks sandwiches, salads, and quick snacks.

    La Cantina: This poolside restaurant, situated in the center of the resort’s three outdoor pools, dishes up south-of-the-border-style fare and liquid refreshments.

    RRR’s Market: Picnic baskets, specialty foods, and beer and wine can be purchased at this lobby-level shop.

    Cays Lounge: Superb views of the bay and city skyline are available in this lobby-level bar, where cocktails and fine wines are served both indoors and on the outdoor terrace. Live entertainment is featured on weekends.
