Driving directions from San Diego International Airport: Take I-5 S, then SR-75 N toward Coronado, and cross the San Diego-Coronado bridge. Turn left onto Orange Av which becomes Silver Strand Blvd. Continue past the US Naval Amphibious Base, turn left onto Coronado Bay Rd, and hotel is on the left.

Getting around: The hotel’s quiet location means that guests need a ride to get around. Complimentary shuttles go into both Coronado and downtown San Diego Tuesday–Saturday. Taxi fare to downtown San Diego is $16–25. The hotel rents bicycles; the most popular is the beach cruiser at $5–15 an hour. City buses run from the hotel to Coronado and the ferry landing but service is infrequent. Ferry service goes daily from Ferry Landing Marketplace to the Broadway Pier in San Diego with one-way fares of less than $5. From downtown, bus, trolley, and Coaster commuter lines are accessible.
